I'm really excited about the quality of the artwork that I saw as I was copying the camera images to tape. The sequence of images in the Powerpoint presentaions is really clear. There is a strong feel of a story taking place. In a future project I would suggest adding text to each image. Another suggestion was to have a theater class participate (as the action component)

Whether you developed your own theme or made a connection to the "In A Circle" theme does not matter, but more, that you thought about your own art work and creative process in a new way.

I think you all really came through in using your art to tell a story.

I am looking forward to the editing session where all the parts become one video. The creative team should be ready to make suggestions about how these individiual tapes will make up a continuous progression.

I am equally impressed with the music compositions and instrumentation. There is a lot of interesting stuff going on here.

I know there are a lot of people who would like to have had more time to make and develop more connections between the music and art but sometimes chance operations at this stage of the game can be very interesting.

I saw interesting connections between the music and the art at each of the schools.Tuning these connections in the editing process should be fun...

please come to the editing sessions with lots of ideas and suggestions.

The other option that I got from the creative team meeting was to use the powerpoint presentations as an end in themselves... For some of the presentations I think this would be a plus . I also like the idea of breaking up the flow of images.
